Margaret M. Garratt was in born in Gresham on October 28th, 1924. She lived in many places, including San Diego, New York City, and Portland, before moving back to Gresham in 1973. She lost her dear husband Douglas in 1998. She is survived by her three children Victoria, Steven, and Lorraine, over 60 foster children, 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She died on August 31st, 2015.
Her memorial service and reception are to be held at St. Henry Church in Gresham on Saturday September 19th at 11 a.m.
