Loretta Marie Oldham passed away on December 16, 2015, in Portland, Oregon. She was born on March 18, 1941, in Seattle, Washington, to her parents: Joseph and Clara Marie (Gettman) Andrews. Loretta graduated from Grant High School in 1959.
On September 5, 1959, Loretta married the love of her life, Richard Oldham. They were married until his passing in 2012.
Loretta began her career at Hyster Co, and after its closure she went to work at Halton Tractor, working in the accounts receivable and payroll department. She retired from Halton in 1996 after 25 years of employment.
Loretta was a member of the Moose Lodge since 1974. She was a Senior Regent, she earned her cap and gown and was a member of the College of Regents. She was also a Portland Trailblazer ticket holder since 1971.
Loretta enjoyed gardening, trips to Reno, and spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed the yearly beach trips with her family to Seaside.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Andrews and Clara Petersen; and her husband, Richard Oldham. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Laura (Duane) Peters, Sandy (David) Bourne, and Les Oldham; her grandchildren, Tripp and Taylor Peters, Shaun and Ashley Mullin, and Samantha and Kelsey Oldham.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Loretta’s name can be made to the Mooseheart or the Moosehaven.
