She was born in Berlin Germany on April 16, 1937. There she grew up with her older brother Werner Wildauer. Johanna was the quiet well-behaved child, while her brother was the mischievous, daring individual. These were difficult times during World War II to grow up as young girl. These times shaped her to become a resilient strong-willed survivor.
In school, she learned the trade of being a seamstress and was very proficient at it. She was always making her own beautiful dresses and clothes that she wore throughout her lifetime. She was also a talented artist that took up oil painting. She did many paintings of all kinds. She had a great passion for dancing at parties and gatherings. She was always on the dance floor floating all around with grace.
In 1959, she married Dieter Wiemann and soon moved to America after her brother to Portland, Oregon in 1960. They left their home and started their new life in America with a couple of suitcases. They soon had their first child Sonja, and some years later their son Marty. She was a wonderful mother who was devoted to her family.
In 1977, she was separated from her marriage with Dieter. She then put herself into beauty school and became a hairdresser. She went through school and worked hard all while raising two kids on her own.
After some years living on her own, she was introduced to Ken Orr who happened to be camping with Pete and Herta which are good friends. They asked Ken if he would be interested in meeting a German lady. He of course said, sure. They enjoyed camping together and traveling all over the states.
Johanna and Ken married in April of 1991 and continued to travel and enjoy all their friends' company. Johanna even got Ken into dancing, which was her passion. They had many wonderful years of traveling and being with their friends and joyful gatherings throughout their retired years.
Johanna is pre-deceased by her parents Elfriede and Walter Wildauer, and brother Werner Wildauer. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Orr; daughter Sonja Kreiter and her husband Kevin; son Marty Wiemann and his wife Faith; her grandsons Nick, Michael Gabriel; her 3 great granddaughters; her niece Vera Wildauer; 5 step grandchildren and their spouses and 2 step great great grandchildren.
