Donna Maria Aguirre passed away on November 25, 2017, in Portland, Oregon. She was born on October 31, 1954, in Portland, to her parents: Jacob and Evelyn (Bening) Worster. She attended Fremont High School in the Parkrose District.
In 1970, the family moved to Lincoln, Nebraska. Donna worked in a factory and that was where she met her husband, Daniel. They were married on September 14, 1981. Shortly after they wed, they moved back to Oregon. Donna worked as a housekeeper at the Shiloh Inn in Portland, before becoming a homemaker in the mid 1980’s.
In 1988, Donna and Daniel moved in to their Gresham home. Donna served as Daniel’s caregiver for the last 11 years. Donna enjoyed creating crafts, gardening, drawing, long drives, and her beloved pets.
Donna is survived by her husband, Daniel Aguirre; and her cousins, Linda and Russ, and Bob and Judy; as well as her dogs, Jacob and Gracie; Cats, Snowball and Stitch; and parakeet, Leo. She will be greatly missed.
Donna will be laid to rest at Willamette National Cemetery.
