Devon Kay Dummer, age 37 of Vancouver Washington passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 10, 2024.
Devon is survived by her parents, Laura and Scot Marshall, and Chuck Stephens; Children, Gavin, Lily, and Isla; Sister, Darby.
Devon was a talented artist who expressed herself in painting, lived life on her terms, and touched so many on her journey. She loved and felt fiercely, her humor could both fill and empty a room, even in her final moments. Devon’s laughter and colorful personality could brighten your day, no matter the circumstances. To know her is to lover her.
