Delores Lestine Taylor

Delores was born on May 2, 1937. She lived in the Portland area until moving to Depoe Bay in 1999, then returning to Portland in 2015. She spent most of her married life as a homemaker, although she worked for a time in the cafeterias at Tektronix in Beaverton.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 ½ years William (Jack) Taylor, and parents Lee A. & Thelma L. (Brink) Ramsey, brother Dennis Ramsey, and step-daughter Kathryn Patrick.

Delores is survived by: sisters Jeanette Gumbert of Portland and Marilyn Lloyd of Estacada; daughters Debra (Michael) Carbone of Crescent Valley, NV, Bonnie (Mike) Cole of Mt. Juliet, TN, Beth (David) Taylor of Portland, Sherri Taylor of Vancouver, WA, step-sons William (Danny) Taylor and Mike (Tammie) Taylor of Clackamas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

She was a member of Lynchwood Church of God for many years.

A Celebration of Life for Delores will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Lynchwood Christian Church (3815 SE 174TH Ave, Portland, Oregon). Per church requirements, "masks are required".
