Our beloved sister, aunt and grandma, Bao Vang never had children of her own, butwas surrounded by children all her life. Everyone was her children.
Bao Vang was born in Luang, Prabang, Laos in 1947 to Txhiaj Tshaj Vaj and Soua Vue. She married Song Hue Cha in 1961 and lived a humble life in Laos and Thailand before moving to the USA in 1979. Bao and Song Hue first settled in St. Paul, Minneapolis before moving to Portland, Oregon in 1982. Shortly after, they purchased their first house in North Portland where they made a happy home, creating many memories qith their family and enjoyed visits from relatives near and far.
She was the dearest grandma to all her grandchildren (from her nieces and nephews).
