Troy Lee Ward, 89, lifelong resident of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was retired from Riverside Furniture, member of the Church of Christ and preceded in death by his wife, Colleen Ward.
Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2015 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Washburn Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday from 1 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 – 8 p.m.
He is survived by one daughter, Silma McKnight and husband, Jim of Van Buren; two grandchildren, Joy Nichols and husband, Jason of Van Buren and Lori Howard and husband, Nic of Van Buren and six great grandchildren, Eli, Isaac, Matthew, and Jude Nichols and Ruby and Mack Howard.
Pallbearers will be Nic Howard, Rodney Robinson, Ben Biggerstaff, Jim McKnight, Pat Biggerstaff, Benji Pryor and Bill White.
