Tony Lee Keyes

Tony Lee Keyes, 71, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a civilian contractor for both military bases, Fort Chaffee and McAlister. He was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran and of the Christian faith.

Graveside service with military honors will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 22 at Liberty Cemetery in Greenwood under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 4 - 6 p.m.

He is survived by his son, Anthony Keyes and wife, Cassy of Hackett; two daughters, Tonia Dunn of Mena and Heather Wall and husband, Kevin of Greenwood; his dearly loved companion, Shari Lynn Nickerson; two brothers, Don Keyes and wife, Phyllis of Greenwood and Damon Keyes and wife, Frances of Pocola; nine grandchildren, Eric, Troy, Erica, Hailey, Gavin, Tanner, Hayden, Sierra and Kelsey, three great grandchildren, Dean, Alex and Amias, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Moss, Tanner Miller, Joshua Faulkner, Alec Sewell, Gavin Metcalf and Josh Metcalf.
