Tammie Ann Slate, 63, of Dayton, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 16, 2024 in Fort Smith. She was born December 23, 1960 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Carol W. and Bobbie (Harrison) Slate. She was retired from Farmer’s Bank in Hartford.
She is survived by one son, Jay Bridges of Greenwood; her fiancé, Mitch Looper of Dayton; father, Carol W. Slate of Mansfield; three sisters, Teresa Milligan and husband, Greg of Bonanza, Cynthia Smith of Fort Smith and Shelly Kent and husband, John of Muldrow; two grandchildren, Lindsey Brumbelow and husband, Tristan of Mansfield and Dustin Holmes of Mansfield and three great grandchildren, Tucker, Kash and Lawson Brumbelow. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bobbie Slate; one son, Dallas James Holmes and her grandparents, Lewis and Edna Harrison and Everet and Melba Slate.
A family led memorial service will be 2 p.m., Monday, December 23 at the Waldron Pentecostal Church of God, 511 E. 6th St in Waldron. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
