Stella Phillips, 92, of Jenny Lind, Arkansas died Thursday, December 2, 2010 in Fort Smith. She was born October 31, 1918 in Graphic, Arkansas. She was a member of the Jenny Lind Church of Christ and a homemaker.
Graveside service and interment will be 10 am Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Old Jenny Lind Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
She is survived by two daughters, Ina Dolan and Cindy Faulkner both of Fort Smith; one grandson, Bobby Faulkner; one great grandson, Joshua Faulkner; three sisters, Nita Salyars of Alma, Pauline Fisher and Sara Armistead both of Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Ray Phillips; her father and mother, William C. and Maggie Edwards and two brothers, Kenneth and Joe Edwards.
