Ruth Ann Davidson, 86, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born April 28, 1930 in Mountain View, Oklahoma to Elmer and Mary (Mason) Smith. She was a homemaker and member of the Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Davidson and sisters, Mary Lee Welch and Naomi Wear.
Graveside service will be held at Moore Cemetery in Clarita, Oklahoma at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
She is survived by four daughters, Anna Murray of Fort Smith, Myra Lang and husband, Gene of Coalgate, OK, Sadie Breger and husband, Leslie of Hackett and Mary Ruth Lay of Nashville, TN; one brother, Mason Smith of Oklahoma; two sisters, Doris McAlister of Dallas, TX and Edith Fenter of Oklahoma; ten grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
