Ruby Vernice Johnson, 93, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in Fort Smith. She was a homemaker and member of the Greenwood Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman John Johnson and two sons, Johnny Karr Johnson and Don Francis Johnson.
Viewing will be Friday, January 13, 2012 from 1 – 8 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood, Arkansas. Services will be private.
Survivors included four grandchildren, Jana Karr Pirtle of Oklahoma City, OK, Janell Robin Mikels of West Des Moines, Iowa, Lee Morgan Johnson of Greenwood and Brad Russell Johnson of Greenwood and eleven great grandchildren.
