Robert W. Eaton Sr.

Robert W. Eaton, Sr., 82 of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 in his home. He was retired from Whirlpool and the United States Military, veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and member of Christ the King Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Delores Eaton.

He is survived by three sons, Robert Eaton, Jr. of Fort Smith, John Eaton of Fort Smith and Joseph Eaton of Springdale; one daughter, Tonia Booth of Mayetta, Kansas; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Monday, November 17, 2014 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood. Inurnment service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 17, 2014 at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith.
