Nancy Ellen Payne, 74, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Friday, March 22, 2024 in Fort Smith. She was born November 18, 1949 in Fresno, California. She was a legal secretary for the State of California and a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Ron Payne, one daughter, Rachel Ellen Payne and one brother, Jeff Wilson.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
