Janet Jo (Ray) Stevens, 75, of Conway, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in a Little Rock hospital. She was a retired LPN and of the Christian faith.
Memorial service will be 1 p.m., Monday, October 10, 2016 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood.
She is survived by three sons, Richard Daniel Iris of Conway, Kevin Thomas Ellison of Fairdale, KY and David Majchrzak of North Little Rock; one daughter, Laura Kathleen Stevens of Vilonia, AR; one brother, Danny Ray of Greenwood; three sisters, Sharon Stephens of Greenwood, Sherry Cates of Fort Smith and Evelyn Gales of Muskogee, OK; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
