We'll it's been over month now since I lost you. I miss you more and more everyday, but with the help of our families and our race track family and many great friends, I'm learning to move on with life and to enjoy all the memories we had together. Like the night we went to west Siloam to the races an you got us lost, to the one and only camping trip we has when you couldn't bait you own hook. I will look back on these times and remember you to the fullest. Oh yes and you and Erin were just alike both liked giving me a hard time about race cars!!!

I have thought of so many memories in the last few days and they made me smile so much, you will be missed, rest in peace,

One of the best times I had with Curtis was when he won the Championship at Tri-State.I concider him a good friend and he will be greatly missed.Prayers goes to his family.

Curtis,just wanted you to know that i was very proud to be your cousin!! I hate the fact your gone, but i know your in a better place!! May peace be with your family!

So sorry to hear about Curtis, he was a great guy and will be missed by many. We always had a great time racing against nim at Thunder Valley in Fayettville, so many great memories. It is hard to express the words for someone like Curtis. Our family met him when he was helping Elvin to prepare for the building of our home. He and our family talked racing and enjoyed many good laughs.We will always have wonderful memories of him.

My family is deeply saddened by the news of the loss for the Tennant family.  I was blessed to know Curtis, and enjoyed the short time that we spent together under helmets, and behind steering wheels.  This sport makes us all feel like a family, no matter how far or long we are away from each other.  Curtis was a special guy, and the world will be not be the same without him here. Curtis was a unique kinda guy and will be greatly missed. He and Jeff spent lots of saturday night giving me memories that will last a life time. Rest in peace #26!

It seems like just yesterday when I seen this green and yellow 26 car pulling on to the race track at Thunder Valley speedway in Fayetteville... Curtis had a way to grow on you and become your friend and he was very good at doing so, the memories I have of Curtis will forever be stuck in my head, whether in a race car or just there watching the races at the track, he could bring a smile to my face... I just hope he realized how special he was to all who had the pleasure of knowing him! Curtis was a wonderful friend, to his family he loved you all very much, he was a great man, competitor and friend! I am thankful for the times and memories that we have of Curtis and I am so sad to say goodbye to such a great person! It is with great sadness that we say farewell to Curtis Tennant. Curtis has filled lives with memories that we will never forget. His awesome ability to bring a smile to your face no matter the situation. His humor. His love for his family. HIs love for racing. He made friends out of those of us who when he first showed up thought who is this guy???  Your smile will always be with us, your friendship will never be forgotten. From Tri-State to Crawford County to Thunder Valley to Siloam speedway, the memories are just so special to us all. To his family I say I am so sorry for your loss, he was a wonderful son, loving brother, and while I have not had the oppurtunity to know his wife and daughter I am 100% sure he was great at that also. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we hope that the Lord will bless and be with you in the days, weeks and months ahead. So all that is left to say is "So long friend, go to that big racetrack in the sky and know that one day soon we will all be together to laugh and have a wonderful time."
