Billy Eugene McClain

Billy E. McClain, 71, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. He was born at home on Browntown Road in Huntington, Arkansas on March 23, 1944. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Hackett. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Funeral will be 10 am Tuesday, December 29 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, Arkansas with burial at Steep Hill Cemetery. Viewing will be 1-8 pm Monday, December 28 at the funeral home, where family will visit with friends from 6-8 pm.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Betty F. McClain; two sons, Kenneth D. McClain, and Jarrod E. McClain and wife, Patrice; one daughter, Marilyn D. Webb and husband, Lowell; one brother, Thomas Joe McClain; five grandchildren, Criston McClain, Courtney Webb, Eric McAllister, Arron McAllister, and Ben Macy; and seven great grandchildren, Tobyn, Sara, Grayson, Trae, Wade, Zoie and Kaitlin.

Pallbearers will be Eric McAllister, Arron McAllister, Jesus Guerro, Thomas McClain, Bob Wann and Dennis Mickle. Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Smith, Rick Barnes, Ira Joe Gibson, grandkids and great grandkids.
