Doreen Collins

Doreen Collins (Nedley) passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 24th at the age of 86. She was born August 7, 1935 to Rose and Leroy McDonald and grew up in Eastchester, NY. She moved to Greenwich, CT in the early 1960’s where she raised her children.

She spent many years in the accounts payable department at Hachette Publishing and developed many life-long friendships.

She is predeceased by her husband, George Collins and her son, Mark Nedley. Doreen was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, friend and great-grandmother and she will be dearly missed. She was loved by everyone and anyone who ever met her was blessed.

She is survived by her four children- Susan, Karen, Brian and Scott, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
