Andrew H. Scales Jr. A long time resident of Cos Cob passed away peacefully at his home on September 25, 2013. Andrew is predeceased by his mother Martha Scales, his Father Andrew Scales Jr., brother George Scales and sister, Catherine Rutledge.

Andrew is survived by his wife of 54 years, Doris Scales, his daughter Linda Scales along with her partner Kevin Care, son Andrew Scales III, daughter Kristen Scales and three grandchildren Haley Gentile, Jordan Gentile and Brandy McCarey. Andrew was born on August 13, 1936 in Stamford, CT. He was a graduate of Greenwich High School , class of 1954. Andrew was a retired employee of the Aquarian Water Company and enjoyed spending time with his wife and Family. Andrew served in the Air force in the 361st as an airman first class mechanic and enjoyed sharing his many stories with friends and family. Services will be private. A memorial may be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
