Born in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Virginia Odom Brannon.
Winnie was associated for many years in banking at American Federal/SunTrust and retired from Liberty Life/IBM. She was a faithful member of Taylors First Baptist Church.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 33 years, Mike; of the home; two daughters, Debbie (Billy) Norman, and Kim Burgess; and one son, Michael Moore; brother, Bob (Kathryn) Brannon; and her grandchildren, Joey and Victoria Norman, Leigh Ann and Christopher Burgess.
A service to celebrate her life will be Tuesday, April 5 at 2:30pm at The Mackey Mortuary with the Reverend Dr. Jimmie Harley officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service at the mortuary.
