Mr. Loe was born on December 4, 1940 in Conway, SC to the late Joe. E. and Charlene E. Loe. His childhood was spent in Pascagoula, MS before the family moved to Cleveland, TN, where Mr. Loe graduated from Bradley High School. He graduated from Massey Business College in Atlanta, GA. Bill worked in technology in ever increasing roles, culminating his professional career as Vice President/Chief Information Officer of US Foodservices, one of the largest food distributors in the country, when he retired in 2002.
Mr. Loe had a servants heart serving with the US Army, Community Services Center, Greenville Children’s Museum Board, Backpack Blessings, and most importantly, as Elder, Deacon and Sunday School Teacher at Fountain inn Presbyterian Church. Bill’s joys came from his faith, family and friends.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 55 years, are a daughter, Jennifer L. Masters and son-in-law Michael C. Masters; a grandson, Brandon Masters; and a brother and sister-in-law, C. Michael and Cynthia Loe of Vero Beach, FL, sister-in-law, Ginger P. Holland of Fountain Inn, and nieces Courtney, Danielle and Melanie. Mr. Loe was predeceased by his daughter, Katherine Michelle Loe.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for family and friends will be on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at 3:00pm at Fountain Inn Presbyterian Church and live streamed from the church website.

Mr. Loe is in the care of Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
