Joan,
You and Troy have always meant so much to me. It started with my dad giving me the summer job of working for Joan as her yard boy, and that somehow transformed into painting with Troy, pressure washing, playing pool(and loosing), hanging shelves, playing more pool(still loosing), riding dirt bikes, building dirt bike jumps, and the list goes on. Somewhere between being a yard boy and playing pool i found myself switching from calling Troy by his name, to calling him Pops. I never had to guess where i stood with Troy as he would end every day that we spent together by saying "i love you." 
Joan, both you and Troy played a part in making me who i am today.  You expected me to work hard, yet where more than willing to play hard once the work was done. I will never forget how much Troy loved the playing part.  He always wanted to shoot some gun, or play with some new tool, or just play a game of pool.  Even when he was going through something that would have made the average man want to stay in bed and do nothing, he insisted that we go out and see his car. 
Troy, thank you for the love that you showed me and for the enthusiasm that you had for life. You were a fighter.  You will be missed.
I love you Joan and my family and i will be praying for you.

Thinking of you and your whole family during this difficult time. I only worked with Troy briefly, but the love the two of you had for each other and your faith in the Lord shone daily. Prayers for comfort and peace. May your beautiful memories see you through this difficult time  🙏🏼❤️

Troy was always full of smiles and laughter when we would walk in with our grandchildren.  Troy was with my grandchildren  since day one of their lives and he was always Papa Troy to them. 
Troy gave Zander the love of guns and swords and Zander has his collection of swords because Troy taught him the love and respect for the beautiful swords.
Troy always called Luxi his baby. She loved him and he loved her as his own. They loved spending time together and he taught her the love of beautiful rocks. One birthday he gave her a rock tumbler. She never asked for anything but he loved her and would have given her the moon if he thought she wanted it.
She was Blessed to get to visit him a couple of weeks before he passed away.
I walked in and said look Troy would came to see you. He looked up and saw her loving smiling face and he lit up like a Christmas tree.  He tried to hug her but couldn't get his arm up but she didn't care. She reached over and went under his weak arm and hugged him. You would have thought she handed him a million dollars by the happy look on his face.

Rest in peace Papa Troy we loved you bunches. Thank you so very much for so many memories that I didn't share.

Papa what do I say... you were the best papa all us grandbabies could ask for. From the birthday money to the fun dates at the house to the paintball, the gator rides, the karaoke nights, the many many times we all had to pick you up from falling, no matter how bad it hurt you always were laughing. I am going to miss you so much papa. I'll never forget the day I came over and was singing Taylor swift love story to the top of my lungs and you told me you wanted me to go on TV and you would do whatever you had to do to get me there. We all have our memories with you but the best one of all is the love you had for your whole family. I love you papa rest easy.
