Olga Rose Kasa

Olga R. Kasa, 98, of Simpsonville, SC was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Olga was born on February 28, 1924 in Plainfield, NJ and was the daughter of the Reverend Stephen and Margaret Gazsi. Olga was predeceased by her husband, Louis Kasa, and 7 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Chmiko and Tina Schumacher, sons-in-law, Joe and Russ, grandchildren Stefanie Bondra and husband Michael, Joey Chmiko, Josh Schumacher, and Russ Schumacher, and three great-grandchildren, Skye and Fiona Grace Bondra, and Frankie Chmiko.

Olga was an accomplished pianist and avid reader. Her fondest times were spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Olga had a passion for all types of music and was particularly fond of gospel and classical. She was blessed with true musical talent and was able to play the most challenging repertoire in perfect pitch, by ear. Olga had the biggest heart and put everyone before herself. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
