Miriam Whitfield Vess

Mrs. Vess is survived by her husband of 53 years Daniel Ray Vess and sons Daniel Ray Vess Jr. (Angie) and Ronald Scott Vess. Also surviving are sister Catherine Whitfield Bryant (Larry); brother Robert Whitfield (Mary); brother Lamar Whitfield (Kay) and four beloved grandchildren.

The family would like to express tremendous gratitude to the Open Arms Hospice staff as they served Mrs. Vess.

Funeral Service for Mrs. Vess will be Friday December 23, 2017 at the Woodlawn Funeral Home 1 Pine Knoll Drive Greenville SC 29609. A visitation for the family will be held one hour prior to the service, 1;00pm-2:00pm. Burial will follow service in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Open Arms Hospice 1836 W. Georgia Rd. Simpsonville SC 29609.
