Mark Steven Anderson passed in peace on Saturday, August 19 2023 at the age of 63. Beloved husband to Sharon G. Anderson. Devoted father to Mark S. Anderson II. Proud grandfather to Finnigan Lee Anderson, and Felicity Rose Anderson. Brother to Michael Lee Anderson, Debi Lynn Hill, and loving son to Ned Anderson.
Preceded in death by mother Ruby Anderson, and brother David Ross Anderson. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Steve will be fondly remembered by family, friends and colleagues as a loving father, caring salesman, dutiful sailor, proud patriot, and veteran of the United States Navy.
A visitation for Mark will be held Monday, August 21, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Century Drive, 311 Century Drive, Greenville, SC 29607.
A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Brushy Creek Baptist Church, 4999 Old Spartanburg Rd, Taylors, SC 29687. Followed by a committal service at 3:00 PM at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, 401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360.
