Marjorie Ann Hill

Marjorie Ann Hill, 86, of Greenville, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at NHC of Greenville. She was married to the late Dr. George Hill.

Born in Salem, Ohio on September 29, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Simon and Katherine Theiss.

Marjorie was a member of Redemption Church in Greenville and volunteered in various positions. She had been involved in Women’s Aglow for over forty years where she served as President in two states.

Surviving are a son Lenny Hill and wife Linda of Landrum and a daughter Amber Hill of Greenville; a sister Helen Ibbottson of Greenville and a brother Robert Theiss of Ohio. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and her dog, Katie.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Jill Hill, a granddaughter Sierra Hill, and a brother William Theiss.

The family would like to extend special thanks to NHC of Greenville for their care over the last nine months.

A Celebration Service will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 1:00pm in the Bishop’s Chapel at Redemption World Outreach Center with visitation following.
