Lindsey worked for 31 years with 3M. He enjoyed going to the shooting range, cooking, collecting baseball cards and reading science fiction. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
He is survived by a son, Lindsley Antoine Booker of Charlotte, NC; three sisters, Patricia Ann McKinney of Greer, SC, Elouise McKinney of Greeenville, SC and Maggie Elaine Crawford of Pickens, SC; two brothers, Charles and Lisa Hayes of Moore, SC and Calvin McKinney of Greenville, SC; a granddaughter, Lea Aurelia Booker of Charlotte, NC; two godchildren, Asya and Ashanti Williams of Greenville, SC and many other uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at 311 Century Drive, Greenville, SC 29607. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM in the Mackey Chapel.
