John Stephen Neely

Born in Riverside, CA, he was the son of the late James and Carma Neely.

Steve was a wonderful, loving husband, father and grandfather to his family.

He was a former missionary to Indonesia and teacher in Saipan. He was a master electrician and a member of Faith Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Fran Neely; his children, Andrea (Brian) Burch; Joe (Kelly) Neely; Sam (Sandrine) Neely; and Travis (Robynn) Neely; and his grandchildren, Amber, Alyssa, Alexia, Elizabeth, Luke, Christian, Ethan, Lila and Cameron. He was preceded in death by a grandson, John.

A celebration of Steve’s life will take place Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 3:00pm at Faith Baptist Church, officiated by Reverend John Monroe.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 3:00pm at the church.

Private burial will take place.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Donate Life America, or Oromo Bible Project, Frontline Missions.
