Carolyn Winn Melton, Taylors, SC – Carolyn Winn Melton, 76 passed away on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. Carolyn is predeceased the love of her life, Virgil “Bub” Melton. Carolyn was born on April 2nd, 1947 to the late Thomas Walter and Florence Black Winn. She was of the Baptist faith.
Carolyn is survived by her three children, Sandy Melton McCall (Jeff McCall), Angie Melton (Craig Alderman, Jr), Shawn Melton (Adriana Arellano). She has three grandchildren, Bradly Melton, Janie McCall Eleazer and Kelsey Melton Thompson and one great grandchild, Kai’Lani Melton. Also, a brother, TW “Buddy” Winn and her sister Della Garrett.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brothers, Joe Oliver, Frankie, George and David Winn and her sisters, Joyce Harbin, Nancy Winn and Grace Godfrey.
A private Memorial service will be held Friday, January 12th, 2024.
