Bobby Joe Grumbles, 87, of Piedmont, South Carolina passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020 in Anderson, South Carolina.
Bobby was born in Greenville, South Carolina, a son of the late John B. and Florence Fletcher Grumbles. He was a hairdresser in the Greenville Area since 1970, and was the Chief of the Reedy River Intertribal Association.
He is survived by four nephews, Brent Atkins (Rachel), Vernon Atkins (Jan), Horrace Grumbles, Jr. (Beth), and John Grumbles (Kim); two nieces, Susan Durell (Randy), and Priscilla Grumbles and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will hold a small ceremony at Pretty Place at a later date.
