Anderson SC was considered her second home. Many of years were spent with her living her best lake life (Lake Hartwell).
She was a trailblazer for her generation, a product of the depression era led her to being a talented seamstress. With her talents she founded Monogram Plus of Anderson SC at the age of 65. Her outgoing personality was one of the many reasons her business and family life flourished.
Her talents did not stop at sewing, she was an avid gardener and gourmet cook with an appreciated sense of humor. Sometimes you didn’t know if you should laugh or hide.
As a devoted Christian she spent many years worshiping and serving at Aldersgate Methodist Church. Through Aldersgate Methodist she built lasting relationships.
