Annette Stubbs

Frances Annette Arnold Stubbs went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 3rd, 2023. She was preceded in death by beloved husband, Kent Parker Stubbs Sr. She is survived by three sons: Sam Stubbs, his wife Ellen, of Greer S.C; Kent Stubbs Jr, his wife Sherri, of Simpsonville S.C; Neill Stubbs, his wife Angela, of Simpsonville S.C and a daughter, Patti Brazil of Greenville S.C; seven grandchildren, Elizabeth Stubbs Gaughf (Ryan); McAuley Stubbs Blackwell (Mason); Ashley Roberson (Kyle); Cassidy Stubbs, Benjamin Stubbs, Preston Stubbs, Miles Stubbs; and seven great grandchildren, in addition to loving sisters Lucy Arnold of Charleston S.C and Rebecca Albrecht (Mike) of Simpsonville S.C

Born June 28th 1941 to Sam and Essie Arnold, Annette attended Anderson College and was a lifetime Presbyterian. Annette was a member of Fellowship Presbyterian Church where she served as pianist and choir director for many years. Annette was an accomplished musician, having mastered the piano and flute. She taught private piano lessons for many years.

She enjoyed times with family on Edisto Island along with family cookouts and holidays.

A very special thank you to the staff at Pine Grove Assisted Living and Memory Care and AGAPE Hospice for the exceptional care given to Annette during her journey. Erin Petersen and Maddie Morgan, your exceptional care and kindness will not be forgotten.

Services will be held at Fellowship Presbyterian Church Greer, SC on Saturday November 11th at 2:00 pm conducted by Pastor Marty Martin. Visitation will take place prior to the service at 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers all memorials may be made to Fellowship Presbyterian Church 1105 Old Spartanburg Rd. Greer, SC 29650.
