Sharon L Meyer

Sharon was born September 24, 1937, in Dayton Ohio to the late Norval and Dorothy (Smith) Hunt. Sharon was also preceded in death by her husband Martin Meyer; brother Norval Hunt; and great grandson Charles Leber

Sharon is survived by her son Scott Meyer of Washington, Illinois; her daughter and son in law Terri and Lance Leber of Greenville; grandson Andrew Meyer of Erie Pennsylvania; grandson Luke Leber of Greenville; grandson and granddaughter in law Aaron and Kelley Leber of Greenville; great granddaughters Leena and Olivia of Greenville

Sharon grew up in the Dayton area and went on to graduate from the University of Dayton. After that she worked as a decoder for the Wright Patt Airforce Base in Dayton. She also taught English at Trotwood Schools, was a Librarian at Wright State University, and Clayton Elementary School. While her husband Martin Meyer was deployed in Frankfurt, Germany, she taught school on the base. Once she retired, she became a fulltime antique dealer. She pursued that hobby for the rest of her life. She was a loving mother who raised two children and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
