Mom is not a big enough word to describe everything you were to me.  You were first and foremost my mother.  You nurtured and cared for me in every way.  You were also my friend.  We spent many hours talking about this, that, and the way of the world...I learned so much more from you than I ever gave you credit for.  You were my Sister in Christ.  What a precious thing to be able to share in salvation and our walk of faith.  Doing bible study and church together...serving together...praying together.  You were my greatest fan and sometimes critic, but it was always done to make me better.  You were there for me no matter what.  You loved me when I was happy and when I was sad.  You loved me when I was funny and when I was mean.  You just kept loving me no matter how badly I screwed up or sometimes even snapped at you in my frustrations with myself.  You encouraged me when I had no courage left...you believed in me when I couldn't believe in myself.  And though there were days I just wanted to be left alone, God always reminded me as I heard the patter of your feet heading my way..."One day you're gonna miss this"...and He was right...I do.  Oh, to hear the patter of your feet one more time...to hear you call my name...one more time...to hear you say to me once more..."see ya in the morning".

Words can't describe how much I miss you grandma but I have all the memory's to cherish till I see you again  love you to the moon and back.

Ann had a special way of knowing how to put crafty ideas together!  I watched her paint with such care and attention to detail.  In fact, everything she did she did it with care and a desire to do the very best she could.  Her ability to clean a house was second to none!  Most importantly, she was a good friend.  I was her son-in-law.  She never said it verbally, but she did let me know in her own way that she was glad her daughter and I met and got married.  That, to me, said so much.  I will miss her tremendously.

She was more than just an Aunt to me.  She was always so giving and full of Love and inspiration.  Thanks for the memories and all that you have given

I will always remember the last thing she said to me.  When I visited her that last time just days before she passed, she said to me as I was about to leave, "Always remember I love you."  I left in tears and had to sit in the car for a bit before I could drive.  That was so her...full of love for others.

My mother was the most beautiful, caring, and impactful woman in my life. Her heart was four times the size of the average person and she was always the eternal caretaker for everyone she knew. She dedicated her life to helping family and friends, making a difference to so many throughout her life. She was tenacious and strong and taught me so much about giving back to others, loyalty to friends and family, and never giving up. Although I grieve her passing, I choose to celebrate my mother's life and be happy for the difference she has made in my life, our family, and everyone she had a chance to touch. Mom - I love you and I will miss you but I will always carry you in my heart.

Annie was not only my younger sister but she was my best and special friend. We could talk on the phone for hours about life, family our dreams etc. I will miss you and in Ephesians 1:16 (NIV) "I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers."

I will ALWAYS remember Ann for the joy she brought into any room whenever she walked in! I have had the privilege of being one of Ann's pastors, and I can tell you that she impacted MY life in a huge way with her infectious smile! She always greeted me with one, and a big hug to go along with it! So, save me a spot near you in heaven sister Ann!

Ann Elaine Garland  I do not recall the date wherein first I met this gracious lady, though it was probably about a year and a half distant.  But I certainly remember the delicate smile and the sparkle held in her eyes.  Every subsequent opportunity to hold her hand and share a few moments with her provided an opportunity to realize the epitome of true grace.
Ann, Pastor Fish and I frequently discussed and prayed for the possibility of catching the Rapture Train and all of us being lifted up to Christ Jesus together.  As it occurred, Ann's departure occurred before ours, so we expect her to be watching for us in day's future.
Lady Ann departed our physical company under the veil of a breakdown of a physical nature.  Our good Lord calls his children home in different ways, and by many different means.  However, the result is the same  a priestly position in the forthcoming world of our Savoir.  Bearing with us a moment, can you just imagine, if our gracious Lord retrieved Lady Ann as an example to His angels of true grace encumbered by the physical beings on earth?  We shall never know until we get there, but our gracious Lord, if this were his reasoning, could not have selected a finer specimen!

And, not to underestimate the impact of the situation, the family and friends of Lady Ann are the most vulnerable during the times of adjustment in our physical world in dealing with the loss of such a significant person.  This concern certainly includes all of us folks who were privileged to meet, know and be associated with such an element of God's love as Ann Elaine Garland.

Ann, we all love you  we all await  sharing a table with you and we will, albeit a bit later.  Rest well, and in peace my Lady, God is with us.

I first met your mom at work.  I was amazed how much you looked like her.  After only a few minutes, I could see that she was a special person, just like her daughter.  So full of love and acceptance.  I am so sorry for your loss, but I can only imagine how much sweeter heaven is with her there.  May God bless your family and comfort you with many happy memories.

So many, but when I look at our tree out back I always think of her. One year she spent a lot of time painting ceramics. For Christmas that year we got a face for a tree trunk she painted, so every time we look out the kitchen window it is there.

One of my favorite memories of Ann was her spunk and the onry twinkle in her eyes.... esp when she shared little "secrets" with me...  some i know you knew... others are for me and her.,,   love you my dear sister trish!! <3

I only knew Ann for nearly 6 years.  However, as her son-in-law, I came to love her.  She was a woman full of crafty ideas and the talent to bring them to life.  She loved political debates.  She loved wondering what the future held.  But most of all, she loved her family.  A wonderful lady, indeed!

Ann I will always remember your sweet kindness to me. I will see you again friend, ps.tell Jesus I said hi.

We are VERY Sorry for the loss of Ann. She was an incredible lady with an infectious smile and always a Joy to be around! We will miss her dearly but we also respect that she's home with her Lord & Savior now. We will continue to Celebrate her life with the fond memories she has left in our hearts and the positive impact she's made on our lives! Continued Prayers!
