Craig Allen Roberts

Craig Allen Roberts, 13, of Greensburg passed away on March 11, 2014 at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 3, 2000 in Greensburg, the son of Craig Roberts and Amy Roberts. Craig enjoyed all things Pokémon and spending time with his family and friends. He was devoted in everything that he did and was a true Pirate Fan. Craig was a current 8th grader at Greensburg Junior High School. He was a member of the Archery Team, the Light and Sound Crew for the School Plays, the Junior National Honor Society, and the Stars Mentor Program. Next year he was looking forward to being on the Elite Edition Show Choir at the Greensburg Community High School.

Craig will be missed by: Parents- Craig (Patty Workman) Roberts, Amy (Jason Forshee) Roberts, Sister-Nyla Forshee, Brother- Ayden Forshee, Grandparents- Benita Jones and Mark Jones, Bennie (Jan) Roberts, June and Hubert Hall, Great Grandmother- Aileen Withered, Aunts- Danielle (Kyle Bell) Jones, Jill (Lymell) Billings, Mindy (Calvin) Jackson, Uncle- Josh (Nicole) Hall. He was preceded in death by: Aunt- Cari Jones, Great Grandfather- Robert Withered.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at the Gilliland Howe Funeral Home from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Sunday, March 16, 2014. Funeral Services will take place at 11 am on Monday, March 17, 2014 at the United Methodist Church with Pastor Susan Bunting officiating. Burial will follow at the South Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Greensburg Junior High Archery Team.
