My Dear Husband, How I miss you and your gentleness, your dedication, and your love. I always struggle thru these "remembering days" without you. I have so many memories and so many tears, bittersweet, sometimes painful, always emotional.     I am so proud of our daughter Kayla. She looks so much like Mary now. But, totally opposite in every way. So fearless, independent , and determined . I feel her slowly slipping away from me, growing up and growing away. I am so proud  of her, yet the time is near for her to leave our nest and fly on her own. I am nervous and scared but still proud and in awe of her independent nature. I often wonder how you would have handled this time in her life.  I do know you would love her no matter what choices she makes down the road. I am asking that you continue to guide her and watch over her. She thinks she is so grown up at 21 but we know different. Praying that you feel my love and my need of you , even now. We lost you ten years ago today and the loss has been so hard for us. I think of you and miss holding hands so much. Kayla will get her college degree in May- we did it- we got her through school and college! I promised you that I would complete our goal. She will find her way through life and hopefully you and I can still guide her through the rough spots.    The world has changed so much the last ten years. So much violence and hate, so much crime and killing. Please continue to watch over your beautiful daughters and guide them. I miss you and patiently wait for the time we will hold hands once again. It has been 9 years since you left us for heaven. Missing you everyday, wishing you were here to share in our lives. Kayla has finished her first semester in college and made the Dean's list. She drives your truck and loves going to concerts. I still argue with her about cleaning her room and washing dishes!  We both miss your voice and your dedication to us, to family, to our family. You may be gone from this earth but still in our hearts. Love you always, Nancy

Today marks 8 years since you went to heaven. I have thought about today and you for weeks, fearing today and all of its memories.  I miss you, my best friend, my partner, my husband more than I ever believed possible. We are okay- Kayla graduates in June and starts college classes in September. She is driving your truck and going to two schools this year.  We both miss you terribly and had planned to drive to Kingston before this winter storm hit.  Love you always and you are always in my heart and in my thoughts. God watches over both of us until we meet again....

 I never thought about the grief and loneliness until you left us. Thank you for the gift of our daughter. She has helped to keep me living and laughing. I do not think I could have done everything alone. We talk about you often and memories flood our conversations daily. She giggles and  laughs but the memories are bittersweet. I wish you could be here to see her now. Both of your daughters are becoming strong and beautiful women. You would be so proud of them both.          I will never forget you. I will always love you. I've just learned that your husband has passed away. Although I never met him, I'm certain that it must be a great loss for you and your family. My wife Megann and I send our condolences and best wishes to you and your family. This must be a terrible blow after recently losing your mother, as well.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know losing a love one is hard to deal with. May you draw close to God at this time.

I am sorry to hear about the passing of Bill.

I now lay my best friend to rest in peace without pain, pills, or machines. I know your soul is already in heaven and you are watching over all of us as we proceed here on earth. Your precious daughter and I will be okay until we meet you again. You gave all your unconditiional love to her and helped to mold her into the beautiful girl she is now. I promise you I will stand by her as she becomes the young woman your had always hoped she would be. You will always be in our hearts every day and every tomorrow.You will always be remembered as you were here on earth , as a loving,soft-spoken man and a good husband, brother, and son. He Only Takes the Best

God saw you getting tired,
And a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you,
And whispered "Come to me".

With tearful eyes we watched you,
And saw you pass away.
