Betty Jean Parker, 82 of Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Heritage House Nursing Home in Greensburg.
Betty was born on November 30, 1935 in Clay Township, Decatur County to the late William and Clara Parker.
Betty was a 1955 graduate of Burney High School. She never married and was a homemaker taking care of her parents in their later years. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Betty is survived by one brother Thomas (Helen) Parker of Greensburg, one sister Ruth (Les) Levell of Chesterfield and 11 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Charles and John Parker and one nephew Jay Levell.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 from 1 PM until the start of the funeral service at 2:30 PM at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home with Rev. David Blazier presiding. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Baptist Church.
