A funeral Service will be held at 1:30 pm Monday, April 15, 2013 at Lawndale Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Hanes Lineberry N. Elm Chapel.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, John and Margaret Peoples and her father-in-law Jeter Newcomb. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Phil Newcomb; sons, Brian Newcomb and wife Allyson and Barry Newcomb and wife Stephanie; grandchildren, Philip, Lauren, Rainey, Ava and Austin Newcomb; mother-in-law, Juanita Newcomb and sister-in-law, Lynn Clark.
The family would like to thank all of her friends for the cards, prayers and visits during her hospital stay.
