Todd Allen Arnold

Todd Allen Arnold, 59, died suddenly at his home on May 30th, 2024.He was born on July 12, 1964 in Asheville, NC. He was a graduate of Asheville High School in June of 1983. Later he moved to Greensboro, NC where he resided for the remainder of his life. His family owned Twin Oaks Golf Course in Greensboro, NC and he worked and managed the family business for twenty-five years. He earned his commercial driver's license at Future Truckers of America in March of 2007 and worked for D.H. Griffin as a truck driver for seven years. He had various other jobs and was always a hard worker throughout his life.

Todd was a devoted son and father and an avid golfer. He enjoyed playing golf with his brother and father, spending time with his kids and playing in the pool, and being the one to make you laugh. He enjoyed fixing up his house and washing cars in his free time. He attended Sedgefield Presbyterian Church weekly with his mother. There was so much more to him than just dad, though to us that was his greatest role - he was always there for others.

He was preceded in death by his uncle Seth Surasky and his stepmother Alice Arnold. Todd is survived by his parents, David Arnold and Sharon Turcot (spouse Bud Turcot); his three children: Jordan Arnold, Connor Arnold, and Brooke Arnold; his brother, Mark Arnold (spouse Carol Arnold); nephew Aaron Arnold; uncle Ed Murrill; step-sister Susan Turcot; and numerous extended family and friends. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Graveside service will be held on June 15th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Groometown Methodist Church Cemetery, 5005 Groometown Rd., Greensboro, NC 27407 with a Celebration of Life following the service at the residence of Sharon & Bud Turcot.
