Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, August 12, 2013, at Tabernacle Baptist Church on Johnson St., in High Point, with Rev. Casey Bradford officiating. Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery on High Point Rd., in Greensboro.
Born in Rockingham County on January 21, 1926, to the late Richard and Fannie Mae Snow, Mr. Snow attended Tabernacle Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World War II, stationed in France while serving in the United States Army. He was a life member of the VFW, Post 11533; the DAV, Chapter 20; American Legion, Post 386; and The Purple Heart, Post 638. He retired from Carolina Tractor in Greensboro. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Mae Seawell Snow; daughter, Patsy Jean Shough; and brothers, James, Odell, and Jesse Snow.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Franklin Hampton Snow and his wife Bonnie of Greensboro; son-in-law, Thomas Shough of Virginia; step-daughters, Carolyn Bowman and husband Johnny of Summerfield, Ida Austin of Greensboro, Claudia Gaydon and husband Jerriel of Julian, and DeLoris Pierce and husband Larry of Asheboro; step-sons, LeRoy “Buddy” Seawell and wife Nancy of Greensboro, and Bill Seawell and wife Judy of Liberty; sisters, Geraldine Thomas, Dalphine Walter, and Gail Anderson; brothers, Bobby Snow and Franklin “Hank” Snow; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 pm at Tabernacle Baptist Church 3929 Johnson St., High Point, NC, 27265.
