Teresa Renee Vernon

Teresa was born on July 12, 1963 in Jamestown to Jewell Pope and the late Maxie Darrell Pope. She loved everything about life and enjoyed visits to the Outer Banks and a good game of tennis. Her proudest accomplishments were her children, Hannah and Thomas. She was loved by many and her wonderful laugh will be missed by all.

In addition to her father, Teresa was preceded in death by her father in law, Tom Vernon. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, David, her children, Hannah and Thomas, mother Jewell, mother in law, Nancy, brother Alan and wife Jeanette, brother Kenneth, sister Amy and Ray, brother in law, Eric and wife Kelly, sister in laws Patty and George Maier, Molly and Will Feichter and numerous nieces and nephews as well as her beloved dog Jack Jack.

The family sends out a heartfelt thank you to all of the friends and family that have given generously and unselfishly of their time over the past 2 years.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 Sunday followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00 at The First Lutheran Church, 3600 W. Friendly Ave., Greensboro
