Born on June 2, 1949 in Charlotte, she was the daughter of the late John Henry Corriher and Helen Outen Corriher. Sandra worked in the textile industry as a financial controller. In her younger years, she enjoyed traveling. Sandra also enjoyed listening to jazz music, working crossword puzzles, reading and fishing at Kure Beach.
Sandra is survived by her best friend of 50 years, Pete Crawford; brother, Steve Corriher and wife Becky; sisters, Susan Corriher and Vicky Corriher; and nieces and nephews, Stephanie Fields and husband Terril and their daughter Luna, John Corriher and wife Caitlyn, Kathryn Driver and husband Tommy, and Christy King and husband Brandon and their children, Joshua, Amanda, Sarah and Lilah.
There will be no formal services at this time.
