A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 11 a.m. Westminster Gardens Cemetery.
Bobby graduated from Page High School and attended GTCC for computers. He worked as a service technician for copiers and as a heating and air conditioning technician. He loved history and had a passion for sailing which took him up and down the east coast. He had a sweet and caring soul.
He is survived by his sister Anita Zel Campbell; brother William "Bill" Campbell; nephew John Varner; cousins, Peggy Campbell of Cary, NC, Ann Hooper of Raleigh, NC, Cathy Vercoe of Signal Mountain, TN, Susan Cogar of Myrtle Beach, SC and special friend Vilma Roberts of Greensboro, NC.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society , 4A Oakbranch Court Greensboro, NC 27407 in Bobby's honor.
