Patricia Mae Bray

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407. Burial will immediately follow in Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends and loved ones one hour prior to the funeral from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Patricia was born on January 25, 1962 in Lee County to the late Marvin Clinton Cummings and Loretta Jean Hall Cummings and was of the Christian faith. She was a huge animal lover, most especially of her two fur babies, Buddy and Blackie. Hummingbirds and become Patricia’s latest passion. She enjoyed online shopping, motorcycle riding and trips to the beach. Patricia worked for Merz Pharmaceutical Company for 30 years. She was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, sister and friend who was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Gloria Jean Cummings Perdue, a brother, Marvin Eddie Cummings and one of her fur babies, Spanky.

Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved husband, Dan Bray; brother, Michael Eddie Cummings; and a host of friends and extended family.

Patricia's message to all of her friends and family was to enjoy the small things in life that are so often taken for granted.
