Michelle "Missy" Marie Slack of Greensboro, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025. Missy was born to Marie and George Kerns in Franklin, Ohio. As a realtor for 10 years, Missy found joy in helping people through one of life’s biggest milestones — finding a place to call home.
She is survived by her children Ryan, Matt, and Lauren Slack, her mother Marie Kerns, her sister Beth Marlin and her brother Chris Kerns. She is preceded in death by her father George Kerns.
She will be remembered for being a loyal and caring friend to many and a beloved mother to her three children. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.
A private memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 16 for family and close friends at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel, 515 North Elm Street, Greensboro, NC.
