Matthew Alan Gray

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Hanes Lineberry N. Elm Chapel with Rev. Greg Light officiating. The family will visit with friends beginning at 3:00 pm.

Matthew was born October 21, 1977 in Milwaukee, WI to Phil and Vicky Gray. He was a graduate of UNC-Wilmington, an avid golfer and Green Bay Packer fan. Matthew loved spending time with his family, especially his son Liam.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Shirley Gray, and Richard Johnson.

In addition to his parents, Matthew is survived by Hannah Kallam and their son, Liam Gray; sister, Whitney Auferio and husband Bryan of Bloomfield, NJ and brother, Geoffrey Gray and wife Liz of Raleigh, NC; niece Samantha Gray and nephew Mason Gray; and grandmother Lois Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the Trust Fund established for his son Liam Gray at Matthew Alan Gray Memorial Fund c/o BB&T 1310 Battleground Avenue Greensboro, NC 27408 Attn: Kim Bledsoe
