Wife of Edward for 71 years, preceded in death by her Daughter, Karen, Mother of Carlene Kohler, Edward Johnson, Kristin Johnson, Eric Johnson, Kurt Johnson, Mother in Law of Ronald Kohler, Diane Johnson, Kathy Johnson and Kim Johnson. Grandmother of Thomas, Shaun, Edward, Trevor, Matthew, Timothy, Christopher, Kathleen, Kyle, Daniel, Hannah, Olivia, Kurt, and Amelia. Great Grandmother of 10 beautiful children. Sister of Claire DeBruin and Barbara Evers, preceded in death by her parents Margurite and Francis McCann, her sister Muriel and brother Frank.

Peggy loved her family most of all. She loved music, dancing, golf and tennis. She made every Christmas magical for her family and many generations will hear of the stories of her "magic pocketbook" and the many adventures that she brought to life during our time together. She will always be remembered for beautiful smile and vivacious personality. She will never leave our hearts.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Friday, July 28, 2023, at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel, 515 North Elm Street, Greensboro.
