Margaret Clark Arrington

Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 14, 2011 at the Hanes-Lineberry N. Elm Street Chapel with Rev. Carl Parsons officiating. Interment will follow at Gilmore Memorial Park.

Margaret was born July 24, 1948 in Charlotte, the daughter of Robert Lee Clark and Stella Ray Clark.

She was a member of Alamance Presbyterian Church. Margaret attended Atlantic Christian College and graduated from Old Dominion in Norfolk, VA where she was active in the Beta Sigma Phi Society and a member of the Sigma Sigma Sigma Soriety. Margaret and her husband Rick were owners of Acme Florist Supply for many years.

Her husband Richard Clayton Arrington and her brother Steve Clark preceded her in death.

Surviving in addition to her parents are her daughters Dana Arrington Stewart and husband David of Greensboro, Shelley Lee Arrington and companion Eddie Vivas of Kernersville, sister Carolyn Morlock and husband Barry of New Bern, mother-in-law Polly Arrington of Greensboro, 2 grandchildren, Lilly and Meagan.

Friends will be received from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday November 13 at the funeral home.
