A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407. The family will receive friends prior to the memorial service, from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Lucille was born on July 1, 1931 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to the late Christopher Constance and Emma Gorde Constance and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed bowling, reading, Bingo and taking trips to Atlantic City. Lucille was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and friend who was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Norton; and her sister, Bess Hobbs.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Mary DeRosa and her husband Rudy; her son, Robert “Bob” Norton; and other extended family and friends.
